Step 1:

We’ll assess your home and make an offer within minutes.

Step 2:

Once an agreement is made, we’ll take professional photos of your home.

Step 3:

We’ll prepare the home with our own fresh towels and linens.

Step 4:

We’ll pay you 72 hours after receiving the keys.

Step 5:

We’ll have your home cleaned and returned exactly as you left it, if not cleaner!

OUR Guarantee

We’ll pay you in full, regardless of how many days your home gets occupied.

And, you’ll be covered by a $1 million insurance policy.
